Offer description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Physiotherapist to join our skilled and friendly specialist Physiotherapy team. Improving physical health for people with a Learning Disability continues to be a strong focus for our Learning Disability services.

You will contribute to the delivery of high-quality, safe care and support the development of clinical pathways that meet national Learning Disability guidance within the organisation.

You will be based in a "single point of access" L.D. therapy team as part of a Black Country-wide approach, collaborating closely with other health professionals such as Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Nurses, and Psychologists.

The successful candidate will assist the Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner and Principal Physiotherapist in planning, evaluating, and developing the Physiotherapy service in line with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, NICE, and NHS England guidance.

A full driving licence is required due to the community aspect of service provision and the transit of patient equipment. Membership of relevant Professional Networks is also encouraged.

As a Trust, we are highly committed to your CPD and professional development, offering opportunities to be involved in a wide variety of specialist and leadership training.
