We are seeking a Web Developer and Manager with expertise in:
* Translating business and client objectives into clear technical solutions, scopes, and execution plans
* Leading technical discovery, solutioning, and delivery across web platforms and custom development
* Supporting sales and discovery through technical feasibility, validation, and scoping

This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position as our headquarters are in the US. We do require team members to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.

Roles & Responsibilities
* Consult with clients to define requirements, sitemaps, user flows, and key features, translating business objectives into clear, actionable technical documentation.
* Convert client goals into complete technical solutions, including platform recommendations, architecture decisions, functional flows, integration plans, and long-term technical considerations.
* Produce detailed technical scopes, estimates, and specification documents, ensuring accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with performance, security, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
* Lead clients and internal teams through discovery, design, development, and launch, providing technical clarity and direction throughout each phase.
* Support Sales and Strategy teams during pre-sales and discovery activities by offering technical credibility, feasibility assessments, solution recommendations, and scoping guidance.
* Translate sales and client objectives into clear technical scopes, functional specifications, estimates, and execution plans.
* Validate estimates, timelines, and solution approaches to ensure projects can be delivered efficiently and within organizational capabilities.
* Identify technical and delivery risks early and recommend mitigation strategies, while advising on trade-offs, constraints, and long-term considerations.
* Collaborate closely with Project Management, Design, Digital Strategy, and Development teams to maintain alignment with the intended architecture and scope.
* Guide and support development teams during execution, ensuring accountability, clarity, and alignment with project goals.
* Provide hands-on technical leadership across architecture, platforms, integrations, and custom development work.
* Ensure development processes, standards, and best practices are consistently followed across projects.
* Review technical implementations and deliverables to ensure quality, performance, security, and scalability.
* Act as a technical liaison between stakeholders and development teams, clearly communicating progress, risks, and decisions.
* Mentor developers through technical guidance, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
* Contribute to continuous improvement through process refinement, tooling improvements, and adoption of new technologies.
Requirements
* 5 –10 years of experience in web development, engineering, or technical solutioning roles
* Proven experience working in a digital agency or professional services environment
* Strong hands-on experience with PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
* Proven experience delivering custom websites, platforms, integrations, and ecommerce solutions
* Deep practical experience with WordPress and working knowledge of Shopify and/or Magento
* Experience supporting sales, discovery, and pre-sales through technical scoping and solution design
* Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture and delivery plans
* Solid understanding of front-end and back-end architecture, APIs, integrations, and databases
* Proven ability to estimate effort, validate timelines, and identify delivery risks
* Experience guiding and mentoring developers (without Director-level people management ownership)
* Strong English communication skills with client-facing and internal stakeholder experience Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows
* Availability to work overlapping US business hours up to 5pm EST
