Service Technician - Nissan Oxford
Salary: £37,629 Basic plus uncapped OTE based on individual performance, team profit, and CSI bonus.
Hours: 45-hour working week with weekends on a rota basis.

The Role:
As a Service Technician, you will support our popular brand in state-of-the-art facilities. Full manufacturer training is provided, with ongoing updates through manufacturer training and our Marshall Academy.
Who You Are:
* Experienced Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with technical expertise.
* Team player comfortable with set processes and procedures.
* Qualified Vehicle Technician with industry-recognized qualification (Level 3 preferred, Level 2 considered).
* Ability to carry out MOTs is desirable but not essential.
* Motivated, organized, with a focus on Health & Safety.
* Tech-savvy and confident with iPad software.
What You’ll Do:
* Service and maintain vehicles across the brand.
* Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults, including warranty work.
* Perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil and filter changes.
* Complete job cards and electronic write-ups.
* Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs).
* Support Apprentice Technicians as needed.
