We are looking for a Dental Receptionist, who wants to be a big part of the Angle House success story. Our Dental Nurses and Orthodontists rely on Dental Receptionists to assist with a range of administrative tasks while providing fantastic customer service to our patients.
In this Dental Receptionist role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our practice – greeting patients, managing appointments, answering calls, and ensuring everyone feels welcomed and supported.

Main duties:
* Greet patients warmly, check them in, and assist with any questions
* Manage appointment scheduling, reminders, and patient flow
* Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries with professionalism
* Maintain accurate patient records and support the clinical team as needed
Requirements:
* Dental reception experience is desirable
* A patient‑centred mindset and a positive attitude
* Experience with daily cashing up/banking
* Great written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to efficiently multitask in a busy environment
