As a Funeral Operations Team Leader you'll support the day-to-day operations of a region, providing support to the Logistics Manager and Area Support Centre Manager. You'll play a key role in the training and development of new colleagues and the ongoing assessment of existing colleagues to ensure consistent quality, knowledge retention, and service excellence. At times you may deputise for the Logistics Manager and Area Support Centre Manager in their absence.
You'll need a full UK driving license (valid for both manual & automatic vehicles).

What to expect...
9. Schedule funeral teams to ensure operations are delivered efficiently.
10. Ensure stock holdings are appropriately controlled.
11. Ensure correct care and ownership of the deceased is maintained and delivered.
12. Supervise a dedicated team to exceed client expectations whilst ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
13. Conduct regular knowledge checks and assessments with colleagues and lead the coordination and facilitation of new starter training.
14. Deputise and support the Area Support Centre Manager wand Logistics Manager with operational matters.
15. Be proactive in community engagement initiatives.
What we're looking for...
16. Full UK driving license required (manual & automatic).
17. Experience and knowledge of end-of-life services.
18. Supervisory experience in an operational environment.
19. IT literate and a competent user of MS Office.
20. People-focused and able to communicate effectively to at all levels.
21. Excellent problem solver, with strong organisational abilities.
