Teaching assistant - Twickenham Start Sept 25' - Mainstream secondary school We are currently working with a mainstream secondary school in Twickenham. They are looking for an SEN teaching assistant to work with SEN students age 11-16. The role may involve occasional personal care, the ideal candidate will be from a support worker/ care background trained in using hoists and wheelchair handling as the role involves moving the student from wheelchair to chair. Good behaviour management & experience of working with SEN pupils in a school setting is desirable. The Teaching assistant will be providing support to target their specific needs. The school is located close to a mainline train station and various local bus routes.
