About the role:
As a member of the Direct Sales Team in, you will be responsible for converting both in-bound and self-sourced sales leads into merchants for card terminals and related merchant acquiring services. You will be providing a first-class sales service, aligned to customer needs and acting as a trusted partner.
More specifically, as a Direct Sales Executive, you will:
1. Manage and organize diaries effectively
2. Handle objections with resilience and persistence
3. Adopt a results-driven approach with strong self-drive
4. Work under pressure to achieve sales targets
Requirements
To be considered you should have:
5. Expertise in B2B sales or high value B2C sales
6. Strong organizational and diary management skills
7. Resilience and persistence, able to handle sales objections effectively to achieve win-win outcomes
8. A results-driven approach and strong self-drive, along with the ability to work under pressure to achieve sales targets
9. Motivated to succeed, both personally and financially
10. Excellent use of English
Desirable:
11. Ability to understand, demonstrate and communicate web-based software products
12. Ability to deal with a diverse client base
13. Additional language skills of Mandarin or Cantonese would be beneficial although not essential
