We are looking for an assertive, quick learning individual to join our small but busy team of Customer Service agents / Administrators. The right person will have an excellent telephone manner, good keyboard skills, work well within a team as well as independently and have good language and people skills.
Full training will be provided on site on how to work with our bespoke database.

* Previous call center experience preferred but not essential
* Excellent telephone manner and good people skills
* Strong communicator in English with excellent grammar.
* Good keyboard skills would be advantageous.
