Management Accountant (Part Time) | Hybrid | Surrey | £35-50K Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a multi-award-winning travel business who are recruiting a Management Accountant to join their team on a part time basis. The Role: As Management Accountant, you will take ownership of the management reporting process while providing strategic financial insight, partnering with senior stakeholders, and helping drive performance, efficiency, and informed decision-making across the business. The role involves preparing management accounts, delivering financial analysis, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and maintaining strong financial controls while contributing to continuous improvement within the finance function. You Will Have: • Strong management accounting or finance business partnering experience ideally within the travel industry • Ability to analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Experience working with financial systems and reporting tools • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines • Strong attention to detail and commitment to financial accuracy • A proactive mindset with a focus on improving processes and reporting • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments Additional Info: • Salary £35-50,000 depending on experience • Hybrid working with 2 days in the office in Surrey on Tuesdays and Thursdays • 24 hours per week across 3-4 days (9:00am - 5:30pm with 45-minute lunch) • Flexible working to accommodate occasional overseas partner communications • Excellent benefits including holiday allowance and generous company travel discounts • Friendly, collaborative team environment with regular social events Apply with your CV quoting GTR1845
