Responsibilities
* Support Relationship Managers with client portfolios and business growth.
* Drive simplification of the business through proactive and pace‑led change.
* Support strategy, planning and system migrations.
* Apply insights from clients and stakeholders to product and service development.

* Relationship management.
* Risk and regulatory knowledge.
* Data analysis and reporting.
Learning & Development
Blended learning: classroom + on‑the‑job training; mentorship and a supportive network.
Qualifications
* Resident or born in Isle of Man.
* Minimum 18 years old on 1 September 2026.
* Grade 4–9 GCSEs in Maths and English.
* Three A‑Levels at grades B/C.
* Valid Right to Work in the UK, with visa end date extending beyond the apprenticeship duration.
