Job Title: Senior Product Architect
As a Senior Lead Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end technology solutions from inception through to implementation. You will lead architecture efforts across multiple domains, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and high-performing. This role demands deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership to guide cross-functional teams through complex solution lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture
1. Lead the design of enterprise-grade solutions across cloud, infrastructure, applications, domain, and data.
2. Develop architecture blueprints, technical specifications, and integration strategies.
3. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and IT governance frameworks.
Stakeholder Engagement
4. Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to gather and refine requirements.
5. Translate business needs into robust technical solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Project Leadership
6. Oversee solution implementation, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
7. Provide technical leadership to development and engineering teams.
8. Mentor junior architects and engineers to build architectural capability within the team.
Technology Strategy
9. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
10. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in architecture practices.
Compliance & Security
11. Ensure solutions comply with security, regulatory, and operational standards.
12. Integrate cybersecurity principles into architecture design.
Preferred Certifications & Domain Expertise:
13. AWS Certified Solutions Architect
14. Experience in Banking, Cards, and Lending domains
15. Familiarity with TOGAF, ITIL, Design Thinking, or similar enterprise architecture frameworks
