Spencer-Richardson was founded back in 2023 with a mission to build a business that would disrupt the sector. We offer an Executive search solution and alongside that a Professional Services team that then support each client within their Corporate Head Office.
It's time to grow the team and we are open to the level of experience and sector, we will offer copious amounts of training and support, but we can't teach ambition, resilience, and an ability to learn.
What you'll be doing:
* Partnering with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture
* Sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier candidates
* Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and candidates
* Managing the full recruitment cycle with integrity and energy
* Contributing to the growth of our brand and reputation
* 360 role

* Proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
* A genuine passion for finding and placing exceptional talent
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative
* Someone who doesn't settle for "good enough"
