Key Responsibilities:
You'll be working within a busy American-style kitchen serving high volumes throughout the day.
* Running your own section during service
* Preparing and cooking burgers, fried chicken, BBQ dishes, tacos, and smoked items
* Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy periods
* Maintaining high food quality and presentation standards
* Following food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
