We’re now seeking an experienced Business Development Leader with a deep understanding of the theme park, attractions, or live experience industry - someone who knows the operators, understands the guest journey, and can see the opportunity where technology and magic meet.


This is not a traditional sales role - it’s a high-impact, strategic position at the intersection of technology, partnerships, and experience innovation.

What You’ll Bring:

• A strategic and commercial mindset - the ability to identify, negotiate, and secure transformational partnerships

• Deep commercial acumen and a proven ability to negotiate and close high-value partnerships

• Proven experience driving business growth within the attractions or entertainment sector

• A product and technology mindset, understanding how innovation can transform guest engagement

• A tech-forward perspective, understanding how digital platforms and data enhance the guest experience

• Strong operational acumen, with the ability to turn strategic vision into execution

• A collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for the industry that connects people to moments of joy


What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development of new partnerships across global attractions, resorts, and entertainment brands

• Expand Pomvom’s international footprint and establish new commercial models

• Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to deliver world-class partner solutions

• Position Pomvom as the technology partner of choice for the world’s most beloved destinations
