At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Curriculum and Performance Manager to join their expanding team based in Manchester with hybrid working and some national. This is a full-time permanent position focused on leading curriculum delivery, driving performance, and ensuring high quality outcomes across technical and trades provision. You will play a key role in managing learning coaches, embedding quality processes, and shaping an innovative and effective learner journey from start to finish. You will be responsible for ensuring that curriculum design, delivery, and performance consistently meet quality standards, funding requirements, and learner needs. What you will be doing: Lead the day-to-day delivery of the curriculum across technical and trades provision Manage learning coaches, ensuring caseloads align with learner to staff ratios Conduct monthly performance reviews focused on learner experience and quality outcomes Ensure effective careers guidance, initial assessment, and induction processes are in place Monitor learner retention and act where learners are at risk of leaving their programme Develop and embed an innovative curriculum with schemes of work and learning resources Hold regular standardisation meetings to ensure consistency in delivery and share best practice Coordinate assessments, exams, and end point assessment activity in line with awarding body requirements Carry out monthly quality reviews of planning, delivery, assessment, and feedback Embed English, math’s, and digital skills across all programmes Plan and timetable off the job training and classroom delivery Ensure safeguarding, prevent, equality, diversity, and inclusion are embedded throughout delivery Support learners with additional needs to access appropriate support and achieve success Deliver induction and ongoing development support for learning coaches Provide continuous professional development based on quality and performance outcomes Liaise with awarding organisations and support external quality assurance activity Develop progression pathways to support positive learner destinations Lead the self-assessment process and develop quality improvement plans What we are looking for: Experience managing and delivering high quality learning programmes Strong understanding of curriculum design, quality assurance, and learner journey processes Experience within apprenticeships or vocational training environments Qualifications: Leadership, management, or team leading qualification or willingness to work towards Teaching or assessing qualification would be desirable Vocational experience within a relevant curriculum area would be beneficial Salary and benefits: Salary £40000 to £44250 per annum Hybrid working Mileage paid 34 Days Holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays Day off for Birthday Employee Assistance Program Enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption, and sickness pay Long service and retirement rewards Pension In-house Training courses Promotional Prospects If you want to use your experience in curriculum leadership and performance management to drive quality, support teams, and improve learner outcomes, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact
