What You Will Do: Take ownership of a caseload, managing and reviewing cases efficiently Be the key point of contact via phone and email for clients and customers Collaborate with the enforcement team to resolve case inquiries quickly Hit deadlines and maintain high service standards Prepare reports and handle invoicing What We Are Looking For: Excellent written and verbal communication skills – confident and professional in every interaction Solution-focused mindset with the ability to handle challenges proactively Highly organised and able to manage a busy, varied workload efficiently Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams) What's in it for you?
