Sous Chef (Multi-Site) | Hull & East Yorkshire Location: Hull, East Yorkshire Salary: £14.00 per hour Hours: 42 hours per week Contract: Permanent, Full Time Join a Growing Independent Hospitality Group We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to work across two popular casual dining venues in Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys variety, working with fresh ingredients, and being part of a supportive team. You'll split your time between two well-established restaurants, supporting kitchen operations while helping maintain high standards of food quality and consistency. Both venues have built strong local reputations for quality food, welcoming service, and a positive team culture. You'll be joining a business with a hands-on owner who values and supports their team. The Role As Sous Chef, you will: Support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen Lead kitchen shifts and help manage service Maintain high food quality and presentation standards Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management Train and support junior kitchen team members Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained Work across both sites to support operational requirements The Food You'll be working with a varied fresh-food menu featuring: Handmade pizzas Fresh pasta dishes Burgers and casual dining favourites Seasonal specials Desserts made using quality ingredients This role offers the chance to work with fresh produce in a busy, quality-driven environment.
