We are recruiting for a talented Senior Chef de Partie to join a prestigious hospitality venue in Hamble. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership-focused kitchen role within a renowned setting known for exceptional standards and high-profile events.

Key Responsibilities
As Senior Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding food and maintaining exceptional standards:
* Lead, train and mentor junior kitchen staff including Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs
* Ensure all food preparation and presentation meets quality and consistency standards
* Support restaurant service, bar food, functions and events
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety
* Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, allergens, COSHH and HACCP
* Complete all kitchen documentation accurately and on time
What we're looking for
To succeed as Senior Chef de Partie, you'll need:
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie within a quality hospitality environment
* Demonstrated leadership experience supervising and training junior chefs
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Passion for fresh food and consistently high standards
* A calm, reliable and solutions-focused approach during busy service
* Sound knowledge of food hygiene, health & safety and environmental health standards
