The Role
As the Business Development Manager within Bridging Finance, you will take ownership of originating and converting high‑quality bridging transactions through both existing and new broker relationships. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing your own pipeline and introducer strategy, while being supported by an experienced credit and operations function that enables deals to complete efficiently. Success in this role is measured by completions, relationships, and sustainable deal flow.
Key Responsibilities
* Originate, structure, and complete bridging finance transactions
