Apprenticeships are a great way to gain industry experience and skills in a hands-on working environment, such as in the Agricultural industry. We offer a comprehensive and practical apprenticeship scheme for persons aged 16 and over.
Apprenticeship Details
* Practical, well-motivated individuals with good school grades are encouraged to apply.
* Apprentices attend a block release course at college, receiving practical training and working towards an Agricultural Engineering qualification.
* Training includes forklift operation, grinding, welding, health & safety, and specialist product training from suppliers.
* Most apprentices start during or after the summer holidays (July – September). Currently, we have a vacancy for a late starter.
Qualification Outcomes
On completion, apprentices will be qualified to NVQ Level 2, with many achieving Level 3, equivalent to A Level qualifications.
Career Progression
This training route is suitable for students who prefer a hands-on approach to learning. Many managers, sales representatives, and heads of departments within the company joined via this route.
