Job Description A leading international organisation is seeking an accomplished Head of Sales & Marketing to lead and inspire their global Sales & Marketing function. This is a high-profile role with responsibility for driving new business, increasing sales of services, and expanding a worldwide membership base. What You’ll Do: Design and implement a global commercial strategy across multiple divisions. Lead, motivate, and develop the Sales & Marketing teams. Drive sales across diverse services and increase international membership. Build key account plans, identify cross-selling opportunities, and establish strategic targets. Develop and manage events, exhibitions, and customer engagement initiatives. Regularly visit and maintain relationships with key clients globally. About You: Proven experience creating and executing commercial strategies. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and inspiring teams. Excellent understanding of diverse industries and supply chains. Results-driven with experience setting targets and measuring performance. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills. Confident meeting stakeholders at all levels and comfortable with international travel. Competent with Microsoft Office, Teams/Zoom, PowerPoint, and delivering presentations/webinars. Full driving licence essential. Desirable: Experience in testing or certification environments. Skilled in event planning and delivery. Social media management experience. Familiarity with CRM systems.
