Job Type: Permanent, Part Time 15 hours per week (Monday & Friday), 52 weeks per year

Apprenticeship Onboarding Administrator – The Role:
Are you organised, detail-focused, and passionate about helping learners take their first step into their apprenticeship journey? Join us as our new Apprenticeship Onboarding Administrator, where you will play a key role in delivering a smooth, high-quality enrolment experience for apprentices, employers, and staff across the college.
As part of our dedicated Apprenticeships team, you will ensure the timely and efficient enrolment of apprentices and support the ongoing administration that underpins our apprenticeship provision. Working closely with Training Consultants, Student Recruitment Consultants, Apprenticeship Managers, and curriculum departments, you will help make the apprenticeship journey a seamless and positive experience from start to finish.
Your work will be vital in maintaining the high standards our apprentices and employer partners expect — ensuring every detail is accurate, every process runs smoothly, and every learner feels supported.
Apprenticeship Onboarding Administrator – Key Responsibilities:
What you will be doing:
* Coordinating and completing apprenticeship enrolments and related administrative processes across the College.
* Liaising directly with learners and employers to support every stage of the apprenticeship onboarding journey.
* Maintaining and updating digital and paper-based systems to record learner applications, enrolments, and business activities accurately and on time.
* Providing clear, friendly, and professional communication to learners and employers about course details, training schedules, and assessment procedures.
* Supporting staff and curriculum teams with accurate information to enhance the learner experience.
* Ensuring all evidence and documentation meet internal and external audit requirements.
* Using digital platforms to improve enrolment efficiency and contribute to continuous business improvement.
* Taking part in professional development and cross-college training to keep your skills current and relevant.
Apprenticeship Onboarding Administrator – You:
You will be a team player with great attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will thrive in a busy environment, balancing accuracy with excellent customer service.
You will need:
* A Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area (or equivalent experience).
* Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE A–C or equivalent).
* Confidence using digital systems and technology to manage information.
* A positive, collaborative approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.
