Responsibilities
* Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, massages, nails, brows and other specialised therapies
* Offer personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on individual needs
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas in accordance with health and safety regulations
* Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout each appointment
* Keep accurate records of treatments provided and products used or recommended
* Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to enhance service quality
Skills
* Fully qualified & experienced
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and retain clients
* Strong communication skills to effectively understand client needs and explain treatment procedures
* Fluency in English, with clear verbal and written communication abilities
* Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and service delivery
* Ability to work flexibly within a team environment while maintaining professionalism at all times
