As a Swiss German speaking market researcher, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research to gather market intelligence and consumer insights that will inform our strategic decisions. You will play a key role in analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to support our business objectives. This is a super flexible role, so if you are looking for either full time hours or part time hours, this is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research to gather insights about industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
2. Design surveys, focus groups, and interviews to collect relevant data.
3. Analyze and interpret data using statistical techniques and software.
4. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to support strategic initiatives.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and best practices in market research.
Qualifications:
7. Fluent to native level in Swiss German
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Swiss German and English.
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
10. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
