Job Opportunity: Substance Misuse Worker within Outreach Practitioner - OST(Opioid Substitution Therapy) in Ilford, UK. Earn £23 - £25 per hour, depending on experience. What you will do:
- Work with individuals using alcohol and other drugs, including opiates, who are on a prescription of OST.
- Manage your own FP10 caseload, typically around 15 clients, ensuring personalised and effective support.
- Attend satellite and sleep sites across the borough to provide outreach services and build strong community links.
- Deliver high-quality substance misuse interventions and contribute to the development of innovative strategies for client care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client recovery and well-being.
