Production Line Leader Location: March, Cambridgeshire Salary: £30,200 (£14.52 per hour) Shift Pattern - Monday to Friday 06:00-14:30 Overtime available during the week and at weekend (overtime at weekend paid at time and a half). A successful FMCG business based in Cambridgeshire are looking for a commited and skilled Line Leader.This role will be very challenging but also very satisfying and rewarding. A key part of your role will be to lead the team, ensuring high performance and maximising productivity. You will need to ensure that all of the production is completed in a timely manner and to the highest quality. The company are implementing a new line with an optical sorter and weight grader so you'll need experience with this process. You'll need to coach your team members accordingly and create a strong culture, ensuring compliance with the company's health and safety and quality procedures.
