We are looking for a
Public Area
Team Leader
who will:
* Ensure an efficient operation on the shift and take responsibility for team briefings.
* Focus on checking guest bedrooms and public areas to ensure that high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
* Supervise, mentor and develop the Room Attendants assigned to your section.
* Empower the team to be more involved in the guest experience.
* Listen to the needs of guests and other team members and adapt to meet them.
* Have a courteous and professional attitude with guests and team members.
