Overview

Lead Customer Operations Manager - Sutton in Ashfield Delivery Office (Full time, Permanent)

Compensation and Package: £44,551 - £49,006 (also attracts a Lead COM). Plus a potential 10% bonus, 25 days annual leave and a generous pension


Responsibilities

* Lead and develop a team of Customer Operations Managers (COM) to deliver results across a balance scorecard and drive transformational changes.
* Be the point of contact for external stakeholders and ensure COMs complete tasks to time and quality, delivering scorecard performance.
* Produce the weekly resourcing plan and lead on safety, ensuring safety tasks and PIC tasks are accomplished, and that fleet is managed and targets hit.
* Maintain accountability for the Delivery team, manage morning to afternoon operations, lead frontline colleagues to provide excellent doorstep service, foster an inclusive, positive work environment.
* Partner with Trade Union to drive performance improvement and coach your team to raise the bar, delivering accurate and on-time item delivery and maintaining customer trust.
