The Role
You will carry out all aspects of the day to day running of the sales hub/development in accordance with the customer journey, taking ownership for the sales process with customers, maintaining necessary records and documentation during all stages of the sales progress across a number of sites and house ranges within the sales hub/development and delivering successful continual sales at all sites within the sales hub/development
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively manage all sales enquiries and convert into reservations
* Guide buyers through the full sales process, offering exceptional customer service
* Build strong relationships with customers, solicitors, mortgage advisors and internal teams
* Maintain the presentation of the sales suite and show homes to the highest standard
* Achieve individual and team sales targets
* Accurately update CRM systems and sales reports
* Provide market feedback and competitor analysis
About You:
* Proven sales experience, ideally within the property, new homes or related industry
* A strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Target-driven, self-motivated, and well-organised
* Professional, confident, and able to build rapport quickly
* Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays (with days off during the week)
* Full UK driving licence and own transport
