An established Isleworth Estate agency is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join its busy residential sales team. This role suits someone with strong market knowledge, a consistent sales record and a professional approach to client service. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing residential property sales from instruction to completion Generating new business and winning market appraisals Building and maintaining strong client relationships Conducting viewings and negotiating offers Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets Providing a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process Keeping accurate records and updating internal systems Working closely with colleagues to support branch performance What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Proven experience in residential property sales Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to perform effectively under pressure Confident communication, both written and verbal Professional presentation and manner Knowledge of the Isleworth or surrounding market Ability to generate and convert new business opportunities Full UK driving licence Excellent spoken and written English What's In It For You?
