The Airline Relationship Manager is instrumental in providing support for all operational engagements with our airline customers.
Successful candidates will have a natural ability to build strong, strategic relationships and to guide, inform, and support Heathrow and our customers through periods of change, such as airline moves, new entrants, and terminal moves.
You will lead performance conversations with our airlines to drive improvements and deliver for passengers. Use available data and KPIs to lead discussions and track performance.
In addition, you will be a key custodian of passenger automation in operations, creating a roadmap for prioritization and integration into the operation.
Responsibilities include:
1. Build and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders, working cross-functionally to align communications and priorities.
2. Collaborate internally to align communications and priorities.
3. Be a key player in integrating passenger automation into our operations, creating a roadmap for success.
4. Streamline communication between Heathrow and airlines, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
5. Chair regular governance reviews to ensure processes are efficient and relevant.
6. Develop a solid understanding of airline operations.
7. Be competent in using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
8. Have experience in account management with a knack for building strong, collaborative relationships.
9. Ability to chair and facilitate senior-level meetings, handle challenging discussions, and drive positive outcomes.
Ideally, candidates will also have:
* Previous experience working with airlines and stakeholders is a plus.
