We are a leading fashion supplier delivering the latest trends across jersey and woven shirts. We are looking for an enthusiastic menswear designer to work on shirt product with also the opportunity to work on jersey. We are looking for someone with a strong eye for interpreting fashion trends and designing to suit our customer base. You will design and contribute to the constant development and co-ordination of new product ranges, to satisfy market key trends and customer needs, offering innovation and fresh approaches to design.
Design of current Men's fashion ranges to present to clients.
Identify and understand clients brand identity and handwriting when designing and range building.
Put together Design, Mood, Colour and Trend Boards
Staying up to date with latest trends and understanding which trends are relevant for your accounts
Carry out trend research by researching online and shop visits
Building strong relationships with buyers and designers
Prepping and running design meetings with retailers – ensuring product is in line with retailer trends.
Good understanding of commercial fashion
Strong CAD skills (adobe illustrator & photoshop)
