The L&I Eaton story began in Manchester with a single branch in 1953 by Lawrence & Elizabeth Eaton. For over 50 years, L&I Eaton developed a reputation for quality workmanship, before being acquired by Lee Bootle in 1986. Since the acquisition, Lee successfully secured contracts with a number of major UK work providers and has expanded the L&I Eaton network throughout Scotland, Northern & Central England.

It's a part our ethos, it's our vision - To become the leading accident repair group delivering high quality repair, customer excellence and innovative solutions to the accident repair industry.

To date, we have operations in 15 locations, employ over 400 staff and repair over 20,000 vehicles annually. But we are just getting started - we aim to continue our growth exponentially and hope to be opening a repair centre near you sometime soon.

We are currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our Head Office team in Atherton. Competitive salary which will be discussed with the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:

* Completing Daily bank reconciliations
* Inputting invoices on the system
* To complete purchase ledger month end statement reconciliations
* Process monthly petty cash transactions
* SAGE 200 experience desirable
* Dealing with invoicing queries
* Maintaining sales and purchase ledgers
* Taking care of adhoc Administrative tasks
* Performs other related duties as assigned.

* Great interpersonal and communications skills
* Self-discipline
* Self-motivated
* Good team working skills
* The ability to work to monthly deadlines
* Excellent IT skills – Excel, Word and other MS Office packages
