Salary: £40,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for candidates with a strong background in modeling and simulation software development, particularly in C++. Essential qualifications include: Strong C++ programming skills Experience with Visual Studio/Windows development tools Knowledge of RF, countermeasure, and flyout simulation tools, preferably in a defense context Expertise in radar systems A background in physics, engineering, or mathematics Clear communication skills to explain and adapt models Supporting skills that would enhance your application include: RF system knowledge and/or broader systems engineering experience Proficiency in MATLAB or Python for data analysis and visualization Experience with MATLAB / Simulink Familiarity with Defense/Air Platform protection systems and threat systems (such as SAMs, IADS, Sensors, FPVs) Potential to support Operational Analysis study work Non-negotiables: Due to the highly secure nature of our projects, you must be a UK National and eligible to work in the UK, as well as eligible to obtain and maintain a UK Government SC-level security clearance.
