Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Key Account Manager - South. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, developing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and conducting analytical assessments to maximize account performance. The role requires regular communication with clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support commercial growth.
Qualifications
* Experience in Key Account Management and Account Management
* Strong Analytical Skills - prior use of CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) is a plus
* Proficiency in New Business Planning
* Excellent Customer Service skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Experience in the fitness or equipment industry is a must have
Salary
DOE Basic Salary - £40-£45k
OTE £65k-£70k
