Rate: £13.92 p/h PAYE (
Location: Maynard Centre - Cardiff
Shifts: Hours - 37.5 hours per week / Mon-Thurs: 5.50am-2pm/1.50pm-10pm / Fri: 5.50am-1pm/12.50pm-8pm

* Read and follow work procedures and schematics or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed
* Performs manufacturing/assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets. Maintains required daily output
* Required to run manual and semi- automated equipment and ensure production targets are met
* Works with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency
* Other duties as assigned, and may be asked to be included in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams
