Overview

Customer Team Member
Location: Pole Street, Standish, Wigan, WN6 0HP
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: 5 out of 7 days, shifts will fall between 08:45 - 17:45, to be discussed at interview. This role involves working in our in-store post office.

Full, paid training provided. You can apply for this role using your mobile device (no CV needed!). You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team member at Co-op, as it requires working before 6am or after 10pm.

We're looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. What you’ll do

* Friendly and thoughtful service - you’ll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, support with tasks on the post office counter, and delivering a great shopping experience.
* Work with store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Keep the store safe and legal - stock shelves, check prices, dates, and temperatures are correct.
* Help introduce new products and services - make changes feel natural and share experiences with colleagues so everyone learns together.
* Support your local community - get involved in activities and events.
