As part of our next stage of growth, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to help expand our client base and strengthen relationships with healthcare providers. You will benefit from an existing pipeline of care homes and healthcare groups ready to be engaged, providing a strong foundation for immediate success.
The Role
This is a part-time, remote position (10–30 hours per month initially, with scope to grow). You will be responsible for:
* Proactively reaching out to a new and existing pipeline of care homes and healthcare groups
* Securing new business contracts for healthcare staffing solutions
* Building and nurturing client relationships
* Representing Lovewell Care as a trusted, professional partner in healthcare recruitment
* Supporting smooth client onboarding with light account management duties
The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel required to meet and close high-value clients.

Essential skills & experience:
Proven success in business development or sales (experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing is highly desirable)
Strong research, prospecting, and lead conversion skills
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities
Confident closing deals with senior decision-makers
Self-starter with flexibility and a target-driven mindset
