DWF is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Early Careers Coordinator to support the successful delivery of our Apprenticeship and Graduate programmes. This two-year apprenticeship offers a valuable entry point into a career in Human Resources, with a particular focus on Early Careers, Learning & Development, and recruitment.
As part of a collaborative and inclusive UK-wide HR team, the successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating the end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and development journey for early talent. This role also provides a fantastic opportunity to build core HR administration and project coordination skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
* Supporting Early Careers and L&D Specialists in the delivery of digital and in-person development programmes.
* Act as a first point of contact for candidate queries and manage the Early Careers digital communication channels
* Monitor and process invoices, maintaining budget records and bookings
* Support onboarding and induction processes for apprentices and graduates
* Assist in building partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, and external partners
* Maintain accurate and updated checklists and documentation
* Administer recruitment activities including advertising, marketing, assessment centres, and placement schemes
* Coordinate assessment centres, handle scheduling, and support on the day.
What will help you succeed in this role?
Essential
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
* Passionate about Early Careers and Learning & Development
* Comfortable with events organisation and facilitation (In-person and virtual)
* Proactive, organised, and able to work independently or as part of a team
* Willingness to complete an apprenticeship course in a relevant field.
* 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including English and Maths
