Supply Chain Data Analyst
Location: London/Ipswich

The Sizewell C (SZC) project requires a Data Analyst to join the Civil Works Alliance Supply Chain team, contributing to the efficient management and analysis of data and information. The role includes developing data management tools and processes to support strategic decision-making and high-quality information management.
Key Responsibilities
* Collate information from multiple sources and develop reports for Supply Chain Performance Reviews, Risk Management, Programme Management, Budget Management, and others.
* Create Power BI dashboards from scratch or migrate from other sources.
* Manage data stewardship and data quality of procurement systems.
* Contribute to improving data quality across the Civils Works Alliance using databases and systems, and train relevant personnel.
* Identify opportunities to leverage data for product development and organizational capabilities.
* Collaborate with other analysts to collect, process, cleanse, and verify data integrity.
* Detect system anomalies through data investigations and provide insights to colleagues.
* Perform bespoke data analysis to support product or process improvements.
* Aggregate and analyze data for validation purposes.
* Develop semi-automated analytical processes for standard datasets.
* Document analytical processes clearly.
* Visualize data in reporting formats for performance reviews and reporting.
Skills & Experience
* Experience gathering user requirements and developing tailored tools and reports.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Expertise in creating Power BI dashboards.
* Experience with data warehousing tools and techniques.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps.
* Strong teamwork and collaborative approach; proactive in helping others succeed.
* Quick learner of new skills, technical, and business challenges.
* Strong data management and analytical skills, especially with large datasets.
* Good understanding of Office365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams).
* Knowledge of model-driven apps, including JavaScript.
* Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, GIS, statistics, or databases.
* Understanding of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
