Due to continued growth, we are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. This part time position will be ideal for candidates looking for a term-time only position. The working hours are 5 days per week, Monday to Friday from 10:00 - 14:00.
To be successful within the role candidates will enjoy working within a busy telephone-based environment, have excellent communication skills and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. No previous insurance experience is required, full training will be provided.

What you'll be doing:
As a Customer Service Advisor, your job is to deliver an outstanding customer experience to our clients. During the day you'll be busy making and receiving calls and providing support to our clients. You'll develop a wide ranging knowledge of commercial motor insurance experience as you could be supporting our clients at any point of the customer lifecycle, for example if they need to change the vehicle on their policy, have a question about their policy terms or payments, or as they renew their policy.
