About The Role
Working in partnership with the Home Manager, Team Leaders play an important role in the smooth running of our homes. They provide top-quality care to our residents and demonstrate great leadership within their team. We are looking for hardworking, dedicated, and lovely people who will go the extra mile to ensure our homes operate to a high standard.
This role may not always be glamorous, but it is one of the most rewarding jobs out there. Our Team Leaders help improve the lives of our residents by ensuring their needs are met, care plans are up-to-date, and medication is administered, stored, and recorded correctly. They also take care of our Care Assistants, making sure they deliver the best standard of care possible.
