We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate and creative individual to work with young people aged 16–25 with PMLD, complex needs and SEMH, based on our working farm and outdoor learning environment. About the Role You will support learners through alternative, hands-on and sensory-led learning, helping them to develop communication, independence, emotional regulation and life skills in a safe, nurturing setting.
