You will:

Candidate Profile
We’re looking for a senior professional with :
* MRICS qualification (Building Surveying or Project Management pathway preferred)
* Strong experience delivering large‑scale commercial property or estate development projects
* A track record of managing complex multi‑site or multi‑phase programmes
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* The confidence and presence to work with senior‑level clients and decision‑makers
