You will be joining Deutsche Bank Management Consulting (DBMC), the Bank's in-house management consulting global function across 3 locations (London, Frankfurt, Mumbai) that partners with senior executives across the bank to deliver impact. Our project portfolio covers a wide range of strategic and transformation topics, including supporting the Bank's transformation agenda, driving innovation and growth, and addressing other pressing issues across all areas of the Bank.
In addition to leading high-impact strategic projects for our clients, you will also be responsible for initiatives internal to DBMC to help continually improve and evolve the team. You will be part of the global management team of DBMC and help shape its future.

Previous work experience in Management Consulting, ideally in Financial Services, with a proven track record of leading and delivering client engagements.
Strong conceptual structuring and problem-solving skills, with an ability to understand ambiguous problems and develop creative, pragmatic solutions.
Excellent client and service focus, able to work collaboratively with decision-makers at all levels; managing conflicts effectively and influencing positive outcomes; effective communication skills, including Board-level presentations.
Solid analytical and critical reasoning skills; ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Able to motivate, develop, and support high-performing teams while delivering under pressure.
