The Role
* Position: Full-time Waiter/Waitress
* Location: Roath, Cardiff
* Hours: Full-time hours including evenings and weekends
Essential Requirements
* Previous waiting experience required - you must be comfortable in a fast-paced restaurant environment
* Excellent communication skills and fluent English
* Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, professional manner
* Ability to work effectively as part of a small, dedicated team
* Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods
* Right to work in the UK
Desirable Qualifications (Advantageous but not essential)
* Food Hygiene/Health & Safety certification
* First Aid qualification
* Personal Alcohol License
* Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine
* Previous experience in Italian or Mediterranean restaurants
