Permit Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Permit Manager to act as the central point for permit coordination and facilities support on-site. This role involves overseeing contractor activities, managing permits, and ensuring smooth delivery of both hard and soft facilities management services. You will play a key role in maintaining site safety, responding to helpdesk requests, and supporting day-to-day operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for facilities-related requests and permit issuance.
* Monitor and support contractors working on-site, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
* Respond promptly to maintenance and helpdesk tasks, ensuring timely resolution.
* Conduct regular site patrols and assist with emergency responses when required.
* Support security measures as a registered key holder.
* Complete risk assessments and method statements using company systems.
* Assist with room setups, equipment provision, and internal mail distribution.
* Promote health and safety compliance and report any hazards or defects.
* Maintain professional communication with clients, colleagues, and service partners.
