Ihre Aufgaben
1. Detailed global business segment analysis including preparation of key figures, reports and presentations to identify business growth opportunities for the global VLS Off-Road business (focus on tractors & agricultural machinery)
2. Complementary observation and analysis of international markets and competition to consider it in opportunities planning & realization
3. Concrete global business growth opportunities planning & realization with regional Sales teams incl. recommendation analysis, marketing & customers
4. Calculation of multiple business case types, such as for new products, sales & marketing actions, etc.
5. Initiation of, collaboration in and leadership of strategic projects
6. Global cross-sectional coordination and management of central and regional functions within the scope of the above activities
7. Communication with all internally related interfaces within the Schaeffler Group as well as externally with customers and service providers
Ihr Profil
8. Successfully completed degree in engineering, business administration or comparable
9. Experience in the commercial vehicle environment or B2B industries desirable
10. Technical automotive product knowledge as well as know-how sales, marketing and project management an advantage
11. Very good MS Office and basic SAP skills
12. Fluent English for daily work in an international environment
13. Limited willingness to travel nationally and internationally
14. Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as assertiveness and conflict resolution skills
15. Independent and self-reliant way of working as well as interest in a wide range of tasks
