Year 6 Teacher Canterbury
A welcoming primary school in Canterbury is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Year 6 Teacher to join their team for Term 6 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Part-Time Year 6 Teacher who enjoys working in Upper Key Stage 2 and supporting pupils as they prepare for the transition to secondary school.
The Role
The successful Part-Time Year 6 Teacher will:
* Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
* Support pupils with end-of-year learning and transition activities
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds QTS or equivalent
* Has KS2 teaching experience (Year 6 desirable)
* Demonstrates strong classroom management and communication skills
* Is reliable, organised, and passionate about pupil progress
