We’re working to improve the lives of people in Somerset – and you’ll be a key part of that. Reporting to the Operations Manager of Prevention Service, we are seeking a Team Leader with a responsibility for the Family Intervention Service in Sedgemoor. You will be part of our ambitious, talented, and dynamic team, leading and managing a range of Prevention Services such as children who go missing and who are at risk of exploitation, young carers and the duty service. You will provide creative ideas and insights, applying your professional expertise to support the development of a programme of improvement. What kind of experience or qualifications do I need? We are looking for someone who has knowledge and experience within Early Help and Prevention Services, a relevant qualification and an experienced leader, and manager, with a passion and commitment to improving the lives of children and young people.
